What to know before you call

• Plan review is $500 standard, reviewed within 30 days of a complete submission. Expedited review is an additional $1,000 and returns in three business days.
• Plan submission wants two identical sets of drawings, 11"×17", or two copies in PDF.
• Submit plans at least 30 days before construction starts.
• Fire and building department inspections must be complete before you schedule the pre-licensing inspection; give your specialist at least 7 days notice.
