Information sources

Every guide publishes its own source list with links to the agency documents it draws on and the date we last checked each one. Those lists live at the foot of each guide rather than being collected here, so the sources sit next to the claims they support.

Our approach to sourcing, verification, and corrections is set out in the editorial policy.

Reusing our work

The openings and closings dataset is published under CC BY 4.0 — use it, including commercially, with attribution to the Cleveland Foodservice Guide. Guide text is ours; quote it freely with a link, but please do not republish guides wholesale, because stale copies of licensing information do real damage to operators who find them.
