Equipment service & repair
Refrigeration, cooking equipment, and warewashing repair — including who actually answers the phone at 6am.
A walk-in that fails on a Friday night is a five-figure problem. Establish a relationship before you need one, and know which brands each shop is authorized to service.
What to ask before you hire
Take this into the call. No vendor gets to edit this list.
- What are your published emergency response times, and what does after-hours actually cost — trip charge, minimum hours, holiday rate?
- Which manufacturers are you factory-authorized for? Warranty work usually has to go through an authorized servicer.
- Do you stock common parts on the truck, or does every repair become a parts-order wait?
- Do you offer a planned-maintenance agreement, and does it move me up the queue on emergency calls?
- Will you work on equipment you did not sell me, including used equipment?
- Can you provide written diagnostics before I approve a repair over a set dollar amount?

Services: Commercial refrigeration · Cooking equipment · Warewashing · Ice machines · Drop-off repair

What drives the cost of a commercial kitchen build-out
Nobody can quote your kitchen from a square footage. What they can tell you is which decisions move the number by tens of thousands — and what the health district requires your drawings to show before anyone is allowed to build.
